Welcome to the consultation website for Brimsdown Masterplan in Enfield.
Arish Living are bringing forward plans to transform the former Old Brimsdown Sports Ground into a vibrant, green and well-connected new neighbourhood that benefits both existing and future residents.
The site has been identified in the London Borough of Enfield’s emerging Local Plan as a site for new homes. Our vision is to reopen the site, provide approximately 390 much-needed homes for local people, and create welcoming green spaces with better connections across the area.
The site is currently closed off and disused, and so we hope the whole local community will be able to benefit from the new central park provided as part of the proposals.
We are holding a public consultation event on 30th June 2026 between 3pm-6.40pm in the smaller hall at Enfield Highway Community Centre, 117 Hertford Rd, Enfield EN3 5JF. The team will be there to listen to your feedback and answer any questions that you may have.
